NOTICE OF COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF LAUDERHILL THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE LAUDERHILL COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2026 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, AT 5581 WEST OAKLAND PARK BOULEVARD, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES THAT IF ANY PERSON SHOULD DECIDE TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE AT THE FORTHCOMING PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED AT THE MEETING AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE A PERSON MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, UPON WHICH ANY APPEAL MAY BE BASED.
