NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2025, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-003324-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the 15TH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and KATHLEEN T. HALL A/K/A KATHLEEN T. HECKERT
A/K/A KATHLEEN HALL; Aqua Finance, Inc.; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Palm Beach County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
