NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2026 entered in Case No. 502025CA011159XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, wherein VILLAGEWALK OF WELLINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and  RICARDO LOPEZ and MILLERLANDY BOTERO-LOPEZ are the Defendants, Joseph Abruzzo, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at  https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com,  at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the    23rd  day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
