Project:   VCS River Springs Middle School Convert Three Classrooms to Science Labs
Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by Volusia County Schools to provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services for the VCS River Springs Middle School Convert Three Classrooms to Science Labs.  The project is located at 900 West Ohio Ave, Orange City, FL 32763.  Bids are being solicited for this project.  All bids are to be submitted through Building Connected no later than March 20, 2026 @ 3:00pm.
Scope of work includes:  Selective demo of concrete slab, flooring, and casework. Modify plumbing and electrical systems and install new plumbing and electrical fixtures. New flooring, signage, casework, markerboards, and paint.

All work shall be in accordance with bidding documents, drawings, specifications and other construction documents may be reviewed CPPIs Oviedo, FL office.
