INVITATION TO BID  Blue Springs State Park Thursby House Ground Floor Renovations
A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid for Blue Springs State Park Thursby House Ground Floor Renovations. The work consists of painting, wood floor refinishing, minor electrical work, and carpentry/trim repair.
BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available through A.D. Morgan Corporations Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to kmonsen@admorgan.com to receive a link to all the bid documents. 
PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Kevin Monsen at kmonsen@admorgan.com and you will receive link to Compass for Prequalification's. 
SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted prior to the bid date at the project location. Please email kmonsen@admorgan.com, if you would like to attend.
BIDS should be submitted no later than 12:00 PM March 2, 2026, through Building Connected. Do not email, mail, or fax bids. Please email kmonsen@admorgan.com for an invitation to the Building Connected site for bid submission.
