NOTICE OF SALE EAGLE'S NEST TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., Plaintiff, v. RACHELE GYNON BODKIN AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, Defendants. NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2025 and Order Granting Defendant's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reset the February 12, 2026, Foreclosure Sale both entered in Case No. CACE-25-001048 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Eagle's Nest Townhomes Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Rachele Gynon Bodkin and Unknown Tenant in Possession are Defendants, Brenda D. Forman, the Clerk of Court in and for Broward County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 24th day of March, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: Unit No. 11680, Building 5, of Phase II of Eagle's Nest Townhomes Condominium, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 17245, Page 138, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
