M/V BLUEFINS, et al. Defendant. NOTICE OF ACTION IN REM AND ARREST OF VESSEL In accordance with Supplemental Rule C(4) for Certain Admiralty or Maritime Actions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Local Admiralty Rule C(4), notice is hereby given of the arrest of M/V Bluefins, International Maritime Organization No. 9221657; M/V Boceanica International Maritime Organization No. 9267132; M/V B Luminosa, International Maritime Organization No. 9256016; M/V Bueno, International Maritime Organization No. 9282443; M/V Adisa, International Maritime Organization No. 9304667; and M/V Nolan, International Maritime Organization No. 9179701, in accordance with Warrants of Arrest issued on September 12, 2025. Pursuant to Supplemental Rule C(6), and Local Admiralty Rule C(6), any person having a claim against these vessels and/or property shall file a claim with the Court not later than (14) days after process has been effected, and shall file an answer within twenty-one (21) days from the date of filing their claim.
