REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 
RFP26-027 - Unarmed Roving Security Guard Services
Until 2:00:00 p.m. (local) on March 16, 2026, the City of Pompano Beach (City) and the  Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will receive sealed proposals  from qualified vendors in response to the referenced RFP for Unarmed Roving Security Guard  Services. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the  due date and time. Any proposal received after the due date and time specified herein will not be  considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against  the Proposer. 
Proposers must be registered on the Citys eBid System to view the solicitation documents and  respond to this solicitation. The solicitation documents can be downloaded for free from the eBid  System as a PDF at: https://pompanobeachfl.ionwave.net. The City is not responsible for the  accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other  than the eBid System. The proposer is solely responsible for downloading all required  documents. A list of Proposers will be read aloud in a public forum. Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting 
On February 19, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM (local), a Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting  will be held virtually via Zoom. The Zoom link is available at:
