Schuman, as a Known Heir to the Estate of Florence Martin are the Defendant(s), Brenda D. Forman, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.broward.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
