NOTICE OF APPEAL OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING & ZONING DECISION Please take notice that the City Commission of the City of St. Augustine Beach will meet on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, to consider the following appeal: George Renna, trustee for Renna George J Revocable Trust, 3 9th Street, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, is filing an appeal of the Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Boards decision to reduce the required street side setback from 12 feet to 9 feet for the oceanfront lot located at 0 9th Lane, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080, Parcel identification Number 168470-0010. Interested persons may attend and be heard at the time and place stated.
