MADEIRA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF WORKSHOP OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Notice is hereby given that all or a portion of the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the MadeiraCommunity Development District (District) will hold a Workshop (the Workshop) on February 21,2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Madeira Amenity Center located at 184 Maralinda Drive St Augustine, FL 32095(the Starting Location). The Workshop is being held for the necessary public purpose of inspectingCDD-owned infrastructure improvements for budget and planning purposes. Please note, no votes orfinal decisions will be made at the Workshop. The Workshop will commence at the Starting Location, however, the Board will walk around to variousspots located within the Madeira community for the purpose of inspecting certain areas. Should amember of the public be unable to participate in the Workshop from the beginning at the StartingLocation, an individual will be located at the Starting Location, who will be able to determine theWorkshops location and advise any member of the public who would like to join the Workshop inprogress. The Workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Floridalaw for Community Development Districts. The Workshop may be continued to a date, time and locationto be specified on the record at such workshop. Any person requiring special accommodations in order to access and participate in the Workshop becauseof a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least forty-eight(48) hours prior to the workshop.
