NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 01/14/2026, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-001318 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST, PATRICIA KNAPIK, DECEASED; CHRISTINE SCHNEIDER; PAUL KNAPIK; DOUGLAS H. PENN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS H. PENN; OAK RIDGE ESTATES OWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendant(s), Gregory C. Harrell, Clerk of Court,  will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m.  at www.marion.realforeclose.com  on March 23, 2026  the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 12, OAK RIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA.

COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 6732 SW 109TH LANE, OCALA, FL 34476

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.  If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
