Trisha Anne Floyd a/k/a TRISHA A. FLOYD a/k/a TRISHA FLOYD a/k/a TRISHA ANNE HIDER FLOYD a/k/a TRISHA ANNE HIDERFLOYD, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, GREGORY C. HARRELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Marion.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, towit:

Lot 6, Block 1454, Marion Oaks Unit Twelve, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book “O”, Pages 225 through 236, of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.
