File No. 25-148-CP NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the Estate of James L. Ruschmeier, deceased, whose date of death was May 1, 2025, Case Number 25-148-CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Washington County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the Washington County Clerk, 1293 W. Jackson Ave #100, Chipley, FL 32428 . The names and addresses of the Petitioner and the Petitioners attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons who have claims or demands against the decedents Estate, including unmatured, contingent, or unliquidated claims and who may have been served a copy of this notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
