IN THE CIRCUIT COURT, FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN AND FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY IN RE: THE ESTATE OF PROBATE DIVISION FILE NUMBER 24-139-CP GLORIA TETRO, Deceased. _____________________ / NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION The Administration of the estate of Gloria Tetro, deceased, whose date of death was October 17, 2019, is pending in the Circuit Court for Washington County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1293 W. Jackson Ave #100, Chipley, FL 32428. The estate is intestate. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and personal representatives attorney are set forth below. The fiduciary-client privilege in Section 90.5021 applies to the personal representative and any attorney employed by the personal representative. Any interested person on whom a copy of the notice of administration is served must object to the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE ON THE OBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
