NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-2561 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on  www.lee.realforeclose.com accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00 a.m./p.m. on the 30th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit: 
APT. NO. 103, of the Harbor South Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, dated May 11, 1965, recorded May 28, 1965, in O.R. Book 302, Pg. 572, and as amended, Lee County, Florida, Public Records and revised Declaration thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1308, Pg. 840, and as amended (the Property) 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
