Shenko Coconut Plantation Condominium Association, Inc., a corporation not-for-profit under the laws of the State of Florida Plaintiff, vs. Any and All Unknown Parties who claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, personal representatives, administrators or as other claimants, by, through, under or against Paul Richard Sheridan, deceased, et al. Defendants.
