NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 26-2806-CO BEL-FOREST MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. MELVIN DONUSHI, JONADA ZHUKA, MERI NAQO and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION, Defendants. TO: MELVIN DONUSHI and JONADA ZHUKA YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BEL-FOREST MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property: Unit E-8, Building E, of Bel-Forest Manor Condominium, Phase 3, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4902, Page(s) 484 and Amendment adding Phase 3 to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 5377, Page 502, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
