MELVIN DONUSHI, JONADA ZHUKA, MERI NAQO and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BEL-FOREST MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:          
Unit E-8, Building E, of Bel-Forest Manor Condominium, Phase 3, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4902, Page(s) 484 and Amendment adding Phase 3 to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 5377, Page 502, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.  With the following street address: 1753 Belleair Forest Drive, #E-8, Belleair, Florida, 33756       
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
