NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA010432XXXAMB(AN) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Pembridge C Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Fabiola Cartagena and Angelo Cartagena and Christian Cartagena are Defendant(s), the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 7th day of May, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 90, of PEMBRIDGE "C" CONDOMINIUM, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4994, Page 1712, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
