NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2026, in Civil Case No: 502025CC014343XXXASB of the County Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein BRITTANY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH ABRAMSON and JERRY ABRAMSON, are the Defendants. 
The clerk, Michael Caruso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13th day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
