NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2026, and entered in the above action, wherein the Palm Beach County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Palm Beach County, Florida, on May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, at https://www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Unit 2405 of Bridgewood Townhouse condominium II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 2355 Page 126 in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
