NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-013156-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein  PRINCIPAL LENDERS GROUP INC., a Florida Corporation d/b/a RKS CAPITAL FUNDING, is Plaintiff, and CV FAMILY HOLDINGS LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LAUREN EMIM A/K/A LAUREN EMIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JUDY ABRAMSON, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash atwww.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. EST  on the 20th day of May 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
