NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of April, 2025 in Case No. 50-2025-CA-010880-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in which Tradewinds at Dos Lagos Condominium Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Husam Othman and Any Unknown Occupants are the Defendants.
