Final Judgment was awarded on March 24, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2023CA006592, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BRYON MCKNIGHT, JR.; DEZUAN BARNES; DIAUJA BLACK; DANYEL BLACK, JR.; DION BLACK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
