NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 26, 2024 entered in Case No.: 2023 CA 297 , of the Circuit Court in and for Levy County, Florida, wherein ANGELA MAE HILL A/K/A ANGELA MAE HILL HARTFIELD; CHRISTOPHER JAMES HARTFIELD; WILLIAM YOUNG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM YOUNG; MARGARET YOUNG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET YOUNG; CHARLES V. MARJORIE L. HILL , and UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendants, that Matt Brooks , the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Levy County Clerk of the Circuit Court, at 355 S. Court Street, Bronson, Florida 32621 , on MAY 18, 2026 , beginning at 11:00 a.m. , on the prescribed date, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
