For a point of reference, commence at an iron pipe existing at the Northeast corner of Section 8, Township 12 South, Range 17 East; thence run S 0229'00" E, along the East line of Section 8, a distance of 441.5 feet to the Southerly right of way line of State Road No. 24, said right of way line being 33 feet perpendicular measurement Southerly from the centerline of State Road No. 24; thence S 455100" W, along said right of way line, 535.32 feet to the Northeast corner of that parcel described in Deed Book 64, Page 130; thence S 022900" E, along the East line of said parcel described in Deed Book 64, Page 130, a distance of 941.85 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 0229'00" E, 323.15 feet to the Northeast corner of that parcel described in O.R.
