ALL OF THE PORTION OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LYING SOUTH AND WEST OF STATE ROAD NO. 700, THE SAME BEING KNOWN AS US HIGHWAY NO. 98, HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 17023 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34614.
