ROSA FERNANDEZ DE GENAO A/K/A ROSA FERNANDEZ-DE GENAO, et al., Defendants. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that, Doug Chorvat, Jr. Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, will on June 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, outside of Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hernando County, Florida, to wit: Lot 12, Block 1494, Spring Hill Unit 22, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 31, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
