Cape Coral, FL 33904 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Lee County, Florida: Lot 8, Block 12, ADDITION ONE TO LEHIGH ACRES, Sections 5 and 6, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 137, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Gabriel A.
