NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 261446-CO LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. ROBERT BRUCE MARLEY and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION, Defendants. TO: ROBERT BRUCE MARLEY YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property: Unit 1-F, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I, and an undivided 1.1831% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R.
