LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,                
Plaintiff, vs.   
ROBERT BRUCE MARLEY and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:          
Unit 1-F, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I, and an undivided 1.1831% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4145, Pages 1040 through 1057, inclusive, and amendments thereto, recorded in O.R. Book 4439, Pages 1507 through 1531; O.R. Book 4686, Pages 1074 and 1075; and O.R. Book 4733, Pages 1029 through 1032, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 45 and 46, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2292 Oak Neck Drive, Unit F, Clearwater, FL 33763       
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
