SMITH, MATTHEW JOSEPH FULLERTON, BELUGA INVESTMENT, LLC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAUNAKAY S. SMITH, WESTCHESTER LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , CLEAVON BREWSTER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
