            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the order granting plaintiff's motion to reschedule foreclosure sale dated March 30, 2026,  the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Volusia County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning on May 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM via WWW.VOLUSIA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, the following described property:
 
A portion of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 3, East Highlands, as per map or plat of record in Map Book 10, Page 60, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows, as a point of reference commence at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 3, of said East Highlands Subdivision, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Lot 1, 75 feet to the point of beginning of the following described lands, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Lots 1, 4, and 5, also known as the Easterly right of way line of Wilson Avenue, (A 45 foot right of way), 65 feet thence Easterly and parallel to the Southerly line of said Block 3, 149.3 feet, thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Block 3, 65 feet, thence Westerly and parallel to the Southerly line of said Block 3, 149.24 feet to the point of beginning.
