TRUSTEE NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN that on May 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Tropic Shores Condominium, Common Room, 3111 S. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale the following real properties as described in Schedule A. The trustee foreclosure procedure outlined in Sections 721.855 and 721.856 Florida Statutes was initiated on or about January 2, 2026, for Schedule A by TROPIC SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF VOLUSIA COUNTY INC., a Florida Corporation, of Volusia County, Florida whose address is 3111 S. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118, (the Lienholder) against the below-named obligors.
