NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale as to Units 420/421Only dated April 1, 2026 and a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2026, entered in Case No. 2025 10719 CICI of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 29th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 420 and 421 of OCEANSIDE INN, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5027, Page(s) 2142, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any and all Amendments and Exhibits thereto

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. SEE FLORIDA STATUTE 45.031(2)(f).
