NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 10719 CICI of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 10th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 305 and 306 of OCEANSIDE INN, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5027, Page(s) 2142, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any and all Amendments and Exhibits thereto
also known as 1909 South Atlantic Avenue, Unit 305 and 306, Daytona Beach, FL 32118
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. SEE FLORIDA STATUTE 45.031(2)(f).
