NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosuredated March 11, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-003676-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of  the 15TH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Daniel Henderson a/k/a Daniel R. Henderson, deceased, Las Verdes Property Owners Association, Inc., United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Gary M. Rogers, Stephen Paul Rogers, Cindy R. Carter, Thomas E.
