NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure (amended as to scriveners error in pg. 6) [as to Count II  Action to Foreclose the Loan 1 Mortgage, Count IV  Action to Foreclose the Loan 2 Mortgage, and as to Count VI  Action to Foreclose the Loan 3 Mortgage), the (Judgment) entered on April 6, 2026, in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell by separate sales Property 1, Property 2, and Property 3, more specifically described below, to the highest and best bidder for cash at three separate public sales to be held on July 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., each sale to be conducted electronically online at three separate sales at the following website http://www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Plaintiffs credit bid for each of the three separate sales shall only be the total amount due as to each respective Count, and not the total of the separate total sums specified in Paragraph 4(a)
through Paragraph 4(c) of the Judgment.
