Lauderdale, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4619, Page 358, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and any Amendment(s) thereto. A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on The Law Offices of David M.
