Of Breakers of Ft. Lauderdale, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4619, Page 358, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and any Amendment(s) thereto. 
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on The Law Offices of David M. Bauman, PLLC at 6550 North Federal Hwy., Ste. 220, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, on or before APRIL 20, 2026 and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
