Lauderdale, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE RELATING TO CHEVY CHASE FUNDING LLC MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and David L Hodges a/k/a David Hodges, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building 36, Unit 104 of MURANO AT HAMPTON PARK NO. 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 39046, at Page 378, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
