NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024CA000898, of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAIR FRANCOIS; KAREN NIEVES MALDONADO A/K/A KAREN NIEVES; CLAIR FRANCOIS; LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
