Hunt, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, J.K. "JESS" IRBY, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.alachua.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17A, COUNTRY CLUB MANOR UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK "I", PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
