NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 03, 2026 in Civil Case No. 012025CA001094XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Alachua County, Gainesville, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and Christine Marie Bradford a/k/a Christine Wilson, as trustee of the Carol Ann Wilson Revocable Trust dated August 8, 2022, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, J.K. "JESS" IRBY, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.alachua.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
