NOTICE OF ACTION-CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE IN THE COUNTY COURT IN AND FOR BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION CASE NO.: 26-001144 COWE (83) THE TOWERS OF OCEANVIEW SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, VS. SOFF INVESMENTS, LLC, JACOBO SOFFER AZULAY, individually MARIA ALFILLE DE SOFFER, individually UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO, Defendants.
