SOFF INVESMENTS, LLC, JACOBO SOFFER AZULAY, individually MARIA ALFILLE DE SOFFER, individually UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO,

TO: SOFF INVESMENTS, LLC, JACOBO SOFFER AZULAY and MARIA ALFILLE DE SOFFER, whose last known addresses are 600 Parkview Drive #815, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and c/o Corporaciones America LLC, as Registered Agent, 20900 NE 30 Avenue, 200-27, Aventura, FL 33180, and the unknown parties who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against said Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described. 
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Lien for Assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property: 
CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 815 of THE TOWERS OF OCEANVIEW SOUTH, a CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 9248 Page 285 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida. As amended and/or supplemented from time to time together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 202 and thereafter. a/k/a: 600 Parkview Drive #815, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David L. Brough, Esquire, BROUGH, CHADROW & LEVINE, P.A., 2149 North Commerce Parkway, Weston, Florida 33326 on or before MAY 06 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
