LOT 20, OF FAIRFIELD SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF THE WEST HALF OF 14TH STREET (NOW CLOSED) ABUTTING SAID LOT ON THE EAST AND THAT PART OF THE 5 FOOT ALLEY (NOW CLOSED) ABUTTING SAID LOT ON THE SOUTH.
