Lot 1, Block 7, of LAKE BERKLEY RESORT VILLAS PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 4, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.
Address: 1083 Park Ridge Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Frank A. Ruggieri, attorney for the Plaintiff, Lake Berkley Resort Townhome Association, Inc., whose address is 13000 Avalon Lake Drive, Suite 305, Orlando, FL 32828, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Osceola News-Gazette.
