NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on April 19, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2024, in Case No. 2024-CA-000880 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and SHARRON RENAE HARRIELD, SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, BELLALAGO AND ISLES OF BELLALAGO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and AVATAR PROPERTIES, INC. D/B/A CLUB OWNER OF BELLALAGO AND ISLES OF BELLALAGO CLUB, are Defendants, the Office of Kelvin Soto, Osceola County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Osceola Historic County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204, Kissimmee, FL 34741, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of JUNE 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
