Jerry E. Aron, P.A. has been appointed as Trustee by Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated for the purposes of instituting a Trustee Foreclosure and Sale under Florida Statutes 721.856.  The Obligor has failed to pay when due the applicable assessments for common expenses and ad valorem taxes.  A Claim of Lien has been recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida against the Obligors timeshare interest including any costs, expenses, and attorneys fees, which amount is identified below.  The Claim of Lien has been assigned to Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated.
