Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3/30/2026, in Case No.: 532025CC003371 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NORTH POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LAKE WALES, INC., is the Plaintiff and ALLEN TATEM, et al., is/are the Defendant(s).
