FIRST INSERTION NOTICE OF SALE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION Case No: 25-CC-5217 CORKSCREW WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. KAREN M. DEVAN, et al., Defendants. Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed the 15th day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CC-005217 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CORKSCREW WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KAREN M. DEVAN and CHARLES W. DEVAN, II are the Defendants.
