AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is given that pursuant to an Agreed Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Entry of Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2026, in Case No. 01-2025-CA-003287 of the Circuit Court for Alachua County, Florida in which CENTENNIAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and GOODWIN LUMBER COMPANY, INC.; GEORGE E. GOODWIN; CAROL M. GOODWIN; MELANIE SUSSMAN; and CELTIC BANK CORPORATION are the Defendants, J.K. "Jess" Irby, Esq., Alachua County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.ewaldauctions.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on May 4, 2026, and ending at noon on May 11, 2026, the following-described property set forth in the order of Amended Final Default Judgment:
A tract of land situated in Lot 2 of the MOSES E. LEVY GRANT, in Township 11 South, Range 20 East, Alachua County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the aforementioned Lot 2 of the LEVY GRANT for a point of reference and run South 89 2' 52" East, along the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 20 chains to the point of beginning of the tract hereinafter described, thence run North 4 10' 39" East, 9.9825 chains to the Northwest corner of said tract, thence run South 86 38' 59" East, 20.501 chains to the Northeast corner of said tract, thence run South 4 10' 39" West, 9.9825 chains, more or less, to the South line of Lot 2 of LEVY GRANT, which point is the Southeast corner of said tract, thence run Westerly along the South line of Lot 2 of the LEVY GRANT, 20.5015 chains to the point of beginning, which point is the Southwest corner of said tract.
Together with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across the following described 3 Parcels of land:
Parcel 1: The South 40 feet of the West 20.0 chains of Lot 2 of the LEVY GRANT, Alachua County, Florida.
Parcel 2: The North 40 feet of the West 20.0 chains of Lot 8 of the LEVY GRANT, Alachua County, Florida.
Parcel 3: The South 20 feet of Lot 1 of the LEVY GRANT, Alachua County, Florida, lying East of State Road 25 (U.S. Highway 441).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
